Our 14-Day Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (Health, Beauty, and Personal Care), hygiene is our top priority. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Electronic tools (e.g., massage guns, hair tools) must be in their original condition.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Exception: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used skincare tools, teeth whitening kits, or nail tools unless they are defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [info@flowressa.com] so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at [info@flowressa.com]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
